Ok sit back make a cuppa and enjoy the long, photo filled post on our Easter. The kids used their baskets they made at the shop. Immy loved filling her basket, my brother and me used this stuff when we were kids!
Easter morning was a typical up to early, hyped up kids!
Ethan has a sick sense of humor, if you saw the creme egg adds this year you know what I mean. He would have been happy with just one of these eggs and a mouse trap. The Easter Bunny was happy to give him the egg anyway!!
They knew what to expect outside.
The mad egg dash outside!
Full baskets with way too much chocolate.
A very excited Imogen!
We went out for a lovely lunch and Easter egg hunt in the vines at Wild Dog winery.

The kids hunting for eggs in the vines.
Imogen trying to reach for an egg, we had to try and tell her not to just get the pink ones!
Ethan and his hunted eggs
Imogen loved the pizza for lunch, except she wanted to share Heather's pizza not mine!
I love this photo of Imogen eating the egg, she was swinging it around her finger and had no idea I was taking photos.
Imogen and Mum.
The lovely Wild Dog Winery, this was the first time we had ever been out there (despite the fact it's like 5 minutes from Warragul). The food was divine, the wine lovely and the view spectacular.
Ok the photos are in reverse order! Brain still not functioning at 100%!! We had an amazing three days at Print Blocks Warehouse in Brisbane. Then a lovely relaxed Sunday on South Bank with Leonie. If you want to see some sneak peaks of the scrappin side of my holiday head over to the Fat Cat Blog! We did some amazing classes.
The photo above was at the restaurant where we had lunch on Sunday, Amechi's. Bec with 'Tilly the Tida' this is the smallest car I have ever driven (with the touchiest breaks too!) *Oh and just a side note if you ever need a navigator DO NOT get Bec. We were doing circles in Brisbane's centre for ages before she figured the map out (I let her drive from that point on!) What's the go with all the damn one way streets anyway at least in Melbourne you can do a u turn!!
The lovely walking path on South Bank, the bougainvillea's looked so pretty running up the fence. Brisbane's South Bank is much prettier than Melbourne's.
South Bank Brisbane
A lovely Orb Spider just outside Leonie's veranda. They are only slightly bigger than the ones we get here.
Sangria - my new favorite!! We went to a lovely Mexican place for tea, the food was superb! Then a short walk to get some Cold Rock Ice Cream for dessert!
Bec and her Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri.
My old favorite Madori Splice! YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We had tea on South Bank at Satay Hut after the cocktail function, the food was lovely here too, Bec had a nice curry I stuck with what they are named for satay.
Leonie and Bec looking at my prize from the function, a heap of Graphic 45 paper pads.

The view from the balcony of the Fox hotel where we attended the Friday night cocktail party.
I am off to Brisbane on Wednesday to spend some time doing classes with Printbocks. I have 9 classes in 3 days! But I get to spend time with my best friend Leonie, which will be brilliant!
I will share what we make when I return!
I really need to get some more photos of the kids up! Ethan won first prize in his classes' Easter Raffle. He was so rapt, especially because the only reason he got money to buy tickets was because he cleaned his room.
I have been so slack (read busy and having a great time with two bored kids on School holidays!)
Last weeks theme was Animals, and I have used this cute digi stamp from Motivet. With Animals as the theme, it just had to be a cat! Week 14 was stamping, I have used Easter stamps as it was also Easter time. These are the cute new We R Memory Keepers Hippity Hoppity stamps, I love this range. I stamped a script background in distress ink, then the eggs, did a crayon resist with purple ink. Stamped the bunny, popped him up and the wording was stamped on clear film then stapled on.
