Forever Always Cyber Crop

This past weekend was Forever Always Cyber Crop. It was the first time I have done a cyber crop in ages. The first challenge was a little gift box. I made one and so did Ethan for Mrs. Spokes. They are so cute and easy to make.
Next was a sketch challenge with a journal twist. It has to contain more than 40 words journalling. I am really happy with this layout, I love the colours.
Next was a criteria challenge, your page had to include a book page for English, numbers for maths, something old for history and ink/paint for art.
Next was a colour challenge using your schools colours and you had to share a photo of you at school. I enjoyed doing a page on little me!
Lastly was a recipe challenge, like a blindscrap. I love this one to, I was unsure about using brackets, as I don't normally like using them, but I think I like them here.

An Easter Card

How cute is this? I found the idea on the Girlfriends Club Website. Johanna made is and I fell in love! I have sorta followed it, but I really need to get my sewing machine out to do the grass (I hand stitched and it fell apart, it is held together by layers of tape!

Scrapping the Music #126

Scrapping the Music Challenge #126 was Joss Stone's 'Free Me'. I have used Pink Paislee Twilight papers and clear sticker boarder, RW chipboard letters, Scrap FX wiggly arrows, stayz on ink (swiped lightly over the arrows, so they are not completely inked) and chalks (over words).

Another Challenge from Sandie

Sandie has a challenge for all her blog followers, or people who become a blog follower, the competition is open until April 10th, so you still have plenty of time to join and have the chance to win a little pack of goodies including her lovely daisies.
All you have to do is create and original card (just for her blog), use your favorite colour, some bling, a pin, some beads and some trim of some kind.
I have used to create my card:
Basic Grey Lemonade papers (one of my favorites!!), Create Paper Bliss paper, Making Memories lace, JAC paper, glitter, brad, Basic Grey fibers, Heidi Grace pin, beads, pink grosgrain, fiskars? stamp and tag punch.

Black with 2 Entry

Here is my entry for Black with 2, this month the criteria was black, burnt orange, cream, bling, chipboard shape, sewing and lace. What a criteria!!
I have used:
Black cardstock, reverse side of 7 Gypsies paper, cream crushed silk paper, Heidi Swapp bling and jumbo brad, black embroidery cotton, metal charm, Kut it out chipboard tree, embossing powders, lace, prima flower, brad and Paper Inklings rub on.

Sandie's Napkin Challenge

Sandie brought the most gorgeous napkins awhile ago and she is so generous she shared them around, but the challenge was you had to make something using the images on the napkin. So I have finally gotten to them today. I made two projects (and I still have 1/2 a napkin left!) the first is a scrapbook page. I have kept it very simple.
I have had these photos for ages, and never known what I wanted to do with them! Poor Scabbers was Immy's favorite rat, he got carted (the bag she carried him in was too big for her and her knee's would hit him when she walked!) around by her alot!
I have used the backside of some Basic Grey Papers, red grosgrain, felt flower, one of Sandie's daisies, Scrap FX chipboard mice, Creative Imaginations alphas, Cardstock, ink, modge podge and the lettering is off the napkin.
My second project was a quick card. Again I have kept it simple. I loved this image, it's very Desperate Housewives-ish (and all who know me, you know I love the show)
I have used Heidi Swapp paper, Cardstock, Metallic paper, Prima flowers and pearls, ribbon and lace. I cut the lady out and modge podged her onto white cardstock so that the image had more stability.

Weekly ATC Diary Week 11

Here is my ATC for week 11 at the Weekly ATC Diary Challenge blog. The theme for this week was 'Green' . I have added a few clovers too, for luck!
The base is green cardstock, patterned paper, Darkroom Door word strips, Heidi Grace Acrylic button, Green Tara string, Doodlebug sticky flourish and flocking. And just to make Sam proud some doodled flourishes!

STM Challenge #125

Here is my entry for Scrapping The Music's Challenge #125 'anyone else but you'. I have heaps of photos from our last family holiday, which was to Bright. They are waiting to be scrapped (like so many thousands of others) but I just never feel like doing them. I really like the toning of this page.
I have used the back side of a Creative Imaginations Halloween paper! As my base, chocolate metallic paper, scraps, Basic Grey apha stickers, a book page flower, Bazzil Stitching templates.
Thanks for looking!!

Scrapping the music #124

Here is my entry for Scrapping the Music's Challenge 124 "What's so bad about feeling good?" I have used 'share a moment' from the lyrics to create my title of this page on my son and me.
I have used...
Pink and Kraft Cardstock, Creative Imaginations Die Cut Paper, Basic Grey Lemonade Papers, Kut It Out Flourish (which I cut up before roughly inking black and adding licorice pixie sticks to the butterfly, flower and hearts), Pink Taffy Glimmermist, Vellum and my printer to create the title, and tissue paper to create the flowers. Then everything was distressed with the Heidi swapp edge distresser.

Week 9 @ ATC Diary

Over at the ATC Diary Week 9's theme was a colour challenge, pink and black with bling. Eeekk! Ok so pink and black are not my favorite colours together, pink and brown, no problems. But pink and black....
This ATC has sort of been thrown together, the measuring tape was out of a Christmas bonbon (which I shamelessly stole from my children!), the Darkroom Door photo booth image has been in my stash for a while, as with the rest. I have coloured the DRD image with both chalks and pens.
I know I may have cheated, but only a little;)! I figure grey/black comes from the same colour!!!LOL!

My Kinder Girl

This was Imogen's first day of kinder. Her Dad had to take her, but she was a big girl!
This was Imogen's first 'big' day at Kinder, she is loving it!
At the family BBQ she had a blast showing off her Kinder to me. She loves her teachers and her friends. At the moment they are reading the Gruffao, and she loves that book, they are going to the play in April, she asks everyday is she going to the 'gruffalo show today'?
