Last minute end of month layouts

Wow I pulled my finger out today I have done five layouts and I am still going.
The first is Hybrid's monthly sketch Challenge.
The next is Kym's Challenge over on Hybrid. It was to use four colours only(Blue, Burgundy,Grey and Cream), 1 5x7 photo, a two word title an non scrap item (Jeans Pocket and scrap) and eylets/brads.
The next is Black Magic's Second sketch for May. Colours were pink, silver and black, plus bling.
The next is Puzzle sketches.
The next is Kym's Colour Challenge on Hybrid it was to create a monochromatic pink layout using 1 photo, ribbons, buttons, a journal block and cardstock.
The last layout for now is Toni's challenge on Hybrid, it was to use 1 patterned paper, make your own title and use metal. I have run some rusty tin shim through my cuttlebug Birds and Swirls folder, and then used my alcohol inks to colour it.

I've been slack with my boot camp cards, i've just finished last weeks cards. The first is for the morning challenge, which was to create a card using a crossword. I have used Sassafrass Lass crossword paper.

The second change for the day was to take inspiration from a picture and create a card. I have taken my inspiration from the chandelier.

The first is Maria's girl power challenge. It was to do a layout about yourself or another female, at least 3 papers, a handful flowers and a flourish.
My next page is for Toni's Challenge, her requirements were to use your old stash, nothing brought in the last 3 months, and try and use a whole something, I have used a whole sheet of patterned paper, uncut.

My last challenge was from Kym, she wanted a layout on an important lady in your life, handmade layered flowers, journal block, cardstock base, three feminine papers and distressing.

Art Space has a blog now

For those who know I run the kids art classes at Simply Said, called Art Space. We now have the blog up and running. This is where we will post class dates, class samples, photos and any children's challenges we run.

May's first class is a beach/summer layout, here is a sneak peek...

It's been to long...

Well how naughty have I been! Life has just gotten so busy lately. I have returned to full time work at Arti.licious Cafe. I am loving it, it is rapidly becoming 'the' place to eat in Warragul.

I have changed my hair style and colour. I am loving it, I have wanted something like this for so long but my memory card died so the lovely photo I had (which is one of the only ones of me that I have ever liked is lost, but I do have the layout I did for Scrapbook Survivor which has the photo on it, so all was not lost. The challenge was to create a layout on your journey through Scrapbook Survivor.
More on Survivor that was my second last layout before I was evicted. May the best scrapper win ladies! My last layout was showing your scrap space before and after a layout.
Ethan is back at school, term 1 has been and gone. He really just loves school, and the development in him has been outstanding! He will have read 50 nights of reading on Monday and get his certificate. He can read most of the books he brings home almost by himself. Plus his words he has learnt he can write look and went! I am boasting I know - but I am so proud.
He did this at home the other night
Ethan's 25 night's reading certificate!
